Our youngest son had held almost simultaneously with the Maguindanao massacre his birthday, where he invited his friends. One of these friends had about a month before even birthday, where our son was invited to the ceremony. The celebration took place in a public place. When we wanted to pick him then there he asked more about his friend be allowed to go home. It said, for our part do not mind and even the parents of his friend agreed, though they are not can be called "wealthy", but even by German standards "extremely rich" are in a sort of "luxury castle" lived, which so before the public isolated, is that there is little or no perceived. The businesswoman was probably seen by competitors as too competitive and so they tried to do the problem with a targeted assassination. The Korean classmate of my daughter came to school more then ever, absolute blackout ...

Our oldest boy had a classmate whose father was a judge. Now, "judge" in Europe, certainly a respected profession and nothing Disreputable. For if he brings a killer to jail, then yes it deserves! However, in the Philippines there are certainly other laws which enter here: who goes to prison, suffers a massive loss of face. Whether and how he handles the, no one can foresee in advance. So must also the above judges condemn a murderer, but showed neither remorse nor show. He swore revenge already in the courtroom. The judge wants a few days later go to work in the morning and leaves to the well-guarded condominium. But he reckoned probably not with the offender, because his brothers are lurking on the court and shoot him on a motorcycle.

The next day experience us the whole story: the two saw the writing on the motorcycle boy sitting on a wall and a text message. Without warning, they shot the child, take the phone for what they get then, 500 pesos for the pawnshop and buy alcohol ... Life is not worth a penny when you see a child for only 8 € (in words: EIGHT) must die!

Who can handle these murders in such a short time? We do not! What follows is a TRAUMA!

However, we ask ourselves the question of her own safety. For if the move strikes so close, you have to at least post questions like

Are we even still safe? Can
we protect ourselves enough?
What are the causes of these murders?
Are there any special places or events for that?
Can we handle all of this somehow?
